Kingfisher Cruises in partnership with Balckpool Transport present a Lancashire Day Tour with a difference

This full-day tour includes :
A scenic canal cruise
A visit to Lancaster Brewery or a microbrewery in Lancashire
A tour of the locations from the successful ITV series of “The Bay”

Onboard Host

The tour picks up at a number of locations along the Blackpool promenade before heading towards the beautiful Lancaster Canal for a cruise on this interesting and scenic waterway. A host will accompany this tour.

The tour then heads to the historic city of Lancaster and heads to the brewery for a tour of the plant providing in-depth information on how the beers are made and finally the option to sample the beers produced here.

On departing the brewery we head towards the small Lancashire hamlet of Hest Bank. Situated right on the bay itself we start “The Bay revisited”. The Bay is a popular ITV series set in and around Morecambe Bay. The journey starts here where our host will provide commentary and interesting facts on the series and specific locations.

** Please note The Bay” tour includes 2/3 walking routes from the bus so ensure that you wear the correct footwear to participate. Should there be inclement weather please dress accordingly.

At present “The Bay “ has now completed 3 series with series 4 ready for production in 2022.
For those people who have not seen the series or have not seen the all of the 3 series participants will be provided with information on the specific storyline from one of the series so that they can understand the relevance of the locations.
